In this role, you will serve as a Client Success Manager for our iQueue for Operating Rooms product, working closely with Implementation, Product, and Data Engineering teams to drive successful deployments at new and existing hospital clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hospital clients to implement iQueue software and optimize their operational processes
- Analyze raw healthcare software data using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for engagement and upselling
- Train cross-functional hospital stakeholders on iQueue product features and become the subject-matter expert for your accounts
- Lead change management initiatives and sensitive discussions to drive operational improvements
- Create internal and external communications, product resources, and data-driven reports on client health and engagement
- Consult with hospital leadership to set operational excellence goals, interpret key metrics, develop actionable recommendations, and demonstrate product ROI
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with hospital partners across all organizational levels
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to synthesize client feedback, drive product development, and ensure market fit
- Identify and communicate opportunities to increase client value and ensure retention
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of marketing experience, including hands-on experience with Google Analytics and customer experience (CX) tools
- Technical proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with healthcare software and data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
