CertifyOS is building data infrastructure for modern healthcare, solving the problem of fragmented provider data through an API-first platform that automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring. In this Client Success Associate role, you will support client relationships and help ensure successful outcomes for healthcare organizations using CertifyOS's platform. You'll serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses while escalating complex issues to senior team members. You'll coordinate client projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule, and monitor client health indicators to flag at-risk accounts and support retention efforts. You'll develop strong working knowledge of the CertifyOS platform to help clients navigate features and answer common questions. You'll gather and organize client feedback, sharing insights with the Client Success, product, and development teams. You'll also assist in preparing and delivering training sessions, webinars, and support materials that empower clients to use the platform effectively. Additionally, you'll help track and maintain key operational and performance metrics, support the preparation of client-facing updates, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, implementation, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless client journey and timely issue resolution. REQUIREMENTS: - 1+ years of experience in client success, customer support, account coordination, or related role (internship experience or strong interest in health tech and SaaS will be considered) - Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to track multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic, evolving setting - Ability to support multiple accounts while delivering positive client experience - Comfort working with data and basic analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets) to track metrics and trends - Strong written and verbal communication skills with interest in developing client-facing and presentation abilities - Collaborative, team-first attitude and eagerness to work across cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
