iCapital is seeking a Vice President for Client Solutions EMEA to lead business development efforts across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria), focusing on Wealth Managers. This is a key leadership role supporting iCapital's rapid international expansion into European markets.
In this position, you will own the execution of business development strategy for Wealth Managers in DACH, building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients. You will lead the full Wealth Manager onboarding process from initial engagement through completion, coordinating closely with Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams. Your responsibilities include nurturing strong client relationships, educating prospects on Private Markets and Alternatives solutions, and delivering exceptional client experiences for banks, multi-family offices, and independent asset managers.
You will serve as a strategic relationship manager, providing market intelligence on competitive landscape, investor appetite, and emerging trends back to the global team. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll work closely with Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Platform Solutions, Client Success, Marketing, Technology & Operations, and other teams to ensure successful long-term client outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings 6-10 years of experience in Asset or Wealth Management with a strong track record of client interaction. Exposure to Private Equity and other Private Markets asset classes is highly preferred, along with understanding of distribution models. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluency in English, German, and French (business level) is required. CRM experience is a plus.
This is a hybrid role based in Zurich with flexibility to work remotely one day per week (Fridays). The position offers the opportunity to shape iCapital's European growth strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
