Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 / annual
Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, operating across 11 states since 2005. This role manages the end-to-end client onboarding and operational experience, from referral through active service delivery, overseeing intake, authorizations, and service activation processes.
You will lead and develop a team of Client Services professionals, driving performance standards, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. This is a data-driven, technology-forward position where you'll leverage AI-enabled automation and analytics to streamline the client service lifecycle and optimize operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include: managing and coaching a distributed team; overseeing client onboarding workflows and operational processes; implementing and driving adoption of enterprise systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, ERP integrations); utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance workflows while maintaining data integrity; and communicating change management initiatives across the organization.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4–6+ years in client services, healthcare operations, customer success, onboarding, or healthcare administration. 2+ years of people management experience with proven success leading distributed teams. Demonstrated success leading operational process improvements and enterprise software implementations. Proven experience with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment with changing priorities and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
