Precision for Medicine seeks a Client Services Business Analyst to support AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application. In this role, you will serve as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements, overseeing projects from concept through launch while ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Oversee and implement project plans from initial creative design to launch, ensuring the application meets all client requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate the Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under the guidance of the Client Services Manager to ensure timely delivery and high product quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions, as well as training materials and testing procedures.
• Work with the Client Services Manager to prepare client presentations, meeting summaries, and action items.
• Work closely with clients to handle modifications to the application's deliverable process and manage scope changes.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely if located near the Indianapolis office or in the Northeast United States. The role requires strong project management skills, ability to coordinate across multiple teams, and experience working in regulated healthcare environments. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and successful product delivery in the pharmaceutical technology space.
