Salary: EUR 38,000 - 45,000 / annual
Viva.com, Europe's leading tech bank for businesses, is seeking a Client Relationship On-Field Representative to cover South Dublin to Gorey. This role is part of the Direct Representatives Team and focuses on promoting Viva's omnichannel payment solutions, card issuing, loans, and deposit accounts to merchants in the hospitality and retail sectors.
You will be responsible for visiting client premises to promote company services, assisting merchants with verification and activation processes, and providing ongoing in-person support. Key responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring new merchants complete registration, supporting existing customers in maintaining active usage, and escalating complex issues appropriately. You'll present product features and benefits compellingly to diverse client bases, handle objections with resilience, and travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services or retail/hospitality sectors. You should have strong understanding of financial products and services, hands-on CRM system experience, outstanding negotiation skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Computer literacy, a tech mindset, and fluency in English are essential. You'll work with a diverse, multicultural team at a pre-seed fintech company revolutionizing payment acceptance across Europe.
Compensation includes a base salary of €38,000–€45,000 depending on experience, performance incentives capped at 1.5x base salary paid monthly, private medical insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, car/laptop/mobile allowances, and fuel/parking expense coverage.
