The Client Partner role is a strategic business consultant and relationship leader responsible for driving growth, transformation, and profitability of high-value client accounts.
This is not an operational management role but rather a visionary leadership position requiring deep strategic expertise. You will immerse yourself in clients' business models, industry landscapes, competitive environments, and target audiences—translating strategic insights into high-impact business solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, steering cross-functional teams to deliver integrated content, media, and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include: conducting deep-dive business consultations to identify growth opportunities; providing strategic oversight ensuring agency solutions align with client objectives; leading Quarterly Business Reviews from a consultative perspective; driving thought leadership through strategic partnerships with platforms like Google, Meta, and Salesforce; partnering with Managing Directors and Project Directors to define commercial strategy and staffing models; leading high-complexity pitches and renewals; overseeing portfolio growth across accounts; building and maintaining C-suite relationships with CMOs, CCOs, and business leads; steering cross-functional creative, media, data, and tech teams; and mentoring Account Directors while maintaining high-level account health oversight.
Required qualifications: advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); minimum 8 years agency experience; collaborative and confident approach to digital marketing; excellent interpersonal abilities and long-term relationship-building experience; knowledge of integrated campaign processes (websites, online media, social); experience with client retention and account growth; negotiation and client requirement management skills; budgeting and reporting experience; understanding of communication research approaches.
