As Client Onboarding Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers acquired through partnerships. You'll guide implementations from initial handoff through successful payroll launch, managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring smooth transitions. Key responsibilities include: managing the full customer onboarding lifecycle from kickoff through payroll stabilization; building implementation plans around first clock-in dates, payroll periods, and training requirements; conducting discovery to understand customer workflows and translating business requirements into practical Connecteam configurations; configuring integrations and account settings; delivering training to clients and managers on the platform and payroll workflows; troubleshooting issues across the full workflow; and maintaining clear documentation of decisions, risks, and handoffs. You'll work closely with customers, partner Implementation Managers, and internal Connecteam teams (Sales, Support, Product, Integrations, Leadership) to ensure employee data, time tracking, PTO, payroll rules, and integrations are configured correctly. Success requires strong project management, excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics while maintaining trust across multiple stakeholders. Required: 2+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles with SMB and mid-market clients. Strong project management, communication, presentation, and training skills. Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn software, troubleshoot issues, and understand integrations and data flows. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
