The Client Value Partner (CVP) role is a strategic position within the Value Engineering team, accountable for driving customer success and business transformation with Celonis' most strategic accounts. As CVP, you will serve as the trusted advisor and accountable lead for strategic customer relationships, engaging directly with C-level executives to define long-term vision for Celonis platform adoption and business transformation. You will lead cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering) to ensure customer success, measurable business impact, and accelerated platform adoption across various processes and industries. Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives; ensuring engagements are properly staffed with global Celonis resources; mentoring customers on organizational design and Centers of Excellence maturation; driving the end-to-end customer value journey; influencing key stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise; establishing program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders; resolving customer escalations efficiently; driving value realization and adoption within accounts; organizing and leading customer advisory boards; acting as the voice of the customer within Celonis; driving customer presence at key industry events; and contributing to playbooks and resources for the value engineering team. The role requires minimum 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related industries such as production and manufacturing. Strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Experience with logistics clients and processes is crucial. Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus. Deep exposure to change management practices and ability to navigate large global organizations are required. Native-level German proficiency is required. The role can be based in Munich or the Bonn region.
