The Client Value Partner (CVP) role is a strategic position within the Value Engineering team, accountable for driving customer success and business transformation with Celonis' most strategic accounts.
In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and accountable program lead for strategic customers, engaging directly with C-level executives to define long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to transform their business. You will lead cross-functional teams of Celonis experts—spanning Servicing, Product, and Engineering—to ensure measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption across various processes and industries.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels; ensuring engagements are properly resourced with global Celonis teams; mentoring customers on organizational design and Centers of Excellence maturation; managing the end-to-end customer value journey from strategy alignment through value realization; resolving escalations and orchestrating internal teams efficiently; driving adoption targets and on-time project completion; organizing and leading customer advisory boards to gather industry-specific insights; acting as the voice of the customer within Celonis to influence product development; driving customer presence at key industry events and conferences; and collaborating on innovation initiatives and playbook development.
You will be responsible for transformational initiatives that maximize value and drive business transformation, working with senior stakeholders to establish program roadmaps and detailed value plans. The role requires deep customer strategy internalization and the ability to align Celonis delivery to customer business-critical objectives.
This position is based in Paris and requires native-level French language proficiency.
