ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director for Energy and Utilities to drive new business and manage strategic relationships with the company's largest existing accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager between assigned customers and ServiceNow, overseeing executive-level partnerships and leading virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, acting as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
- Work cross-functionally with ServiceNow teams to develop solutions aligned with each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams
- Oversee growth of global accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships across clients' organizations, from project/IT teams to C-suite executives
- Develop clear roadmaps and build capabilities across client and ServiceNow teams to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services revenue
This is a hybrid role based in Staines, UK, with travel up to 50% depending on geography and region. You will work within ServiceNow's flexible work persona framework.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations
- Demonstrated experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on geography/region
