Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 / annual
iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This role combines finance and technology in a dynamic, performance-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, accurate products on time-sensitive timelines.
You will manage financial reporting and data aggregation tools, analyze portfolio performance results, and conduct account-level reconciliation including research and resolution of breaks, cancels, and corrects. Key responsibilities include analyzing private equity and hedge fund statements for system input, consolidating data from multiple sources and custodians, and providing accurate and timely statements and data entry. You will generate reports as needed and work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.
Client relationship development is central to this role: you will manage client onboarding, account setup, training, day-to-day support, and issue management. You will also maintain software maintenance, system setup, and configuration including new client setup, financial account and asset setup and classification. This involves data feed management, creating custom reports based on client-specific needs, liaising with vendor partners for enhancements, and addressing system data issues.
You will work collaboratively with the team to prioritize individual and communal work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications. You will also establish operational effectiveness through the development and adoption of policies, procedures, and controls.
The role is in-office Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or similar field
- Excellent customer relations skills and ability to foster and maintain effective relationships
- Proactive assessment and action upon client and company needs
- Well-organized and self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Highly attentive to detail and accuracy with organized approach to duties
- Comfortable with technology and software tools; able to learn new software quickly
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; basic knowledge of database concepts; programming experience; working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, or similar tools
- Knowledge of liquid investments (equities, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, SMA/UMA), alternative investments, performance reporting calculations and methodologies, portfolio management and rebalancing, and how RIA investment advisors operate
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; ability to summarize information clearly and concisely both written and verbally
- Devotion to collaboration and ability to thrive in team environment while working independently
