Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 / annual
Binance.US is a licensed and regulated U.S. cryptocurrency exchange offering trading, custody, and digital asset services. The Clearing Operations Analyst role is part of the Clearing team, reporting to the Head of Exchange Operations.
You will support day-to-day clearing and custody operations, including digital asset transactions, fund movements, wallet operations, liquidity management, and operational reconciliations. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, identifying and escalating issues, ensuring adherence to internal policies and controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Technology) to resolve operational issues.
Specific duties encompass:
- Supporting clearing and custody activities including digital asset transactions, wallet operations, and fund movements
- Assisting with staking-related activities and digital asset operational processes
- Conducting crypto and fiat reconciliation, investigating discrepancies, and resolving operational exceptions
- Monitoring operations and maintaining strong operational controls
- Maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and audit requirements, and contributing to process improvements
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with interest in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset operations. The position may require flexibility to support time-sensitive operations outside regular business hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services, clearing, settlement, custody, or digital asset operations (cryptocurrency exchange experience highly preferred)
- Good understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset transactions, and on-chain fund movements
- Familiarity with digital asset custody, wallet operations, and related operational processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and flexibility to support time-sensitive operations
- Experience in financial or operational reconciliation (digital asset or fiat) is a plus
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency staking and related operational processes is a plus
