ClaimSorted is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo that manages insurance claims end-to-end on behalf of insurers. In this role, you will handle auto bodily injury claims from first notification of loss through settlement. Your responsibilities include communicating with policyholders throughout the claims journey via phone and written correspondence to ensure a clear and positive experience, reviewing documentation and verifying coverage, assessing liability accurately, setting appropriate reserves and managing claims within your authority, identifying potential fraud indicators and escalating appropriately, maintaining accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement by flagging process inefficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX with work authorization
- 5+ years of auto bodily injury claims experience (total loss experience preferred)
- Strong organization and ability to prioritize independently
- Comfortable using data to make decisions
- Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others is a plus
- Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
