Insify is a Series B insurtech company offering transparent, flexible, and fairly-priced insurance products tailored to self-employed professionals, freelancers, and entrepreneurs across Europe. The company operates a fully digital insurance platform and is expanding its claims operations to serve thousands of customers.
The Claims Analyst role sits within Insify's Operations team, which builds trust at every customer touchpoint—from sales through support to claims handling. You will be responsible for intake, processing, and settlement of business liability claims (professional liability, product liability, inventory, and goods coverage). Beyond traditional claims work, you will actively contribute to process optimization, AI training initiatives, and the development of a scalable claims platform for multiple EU markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Intake, handling, and settlement of commercial claims
- Processing disability (AOV) claim intakes and appeals
- Supporting customers with both empathy and technical expertise
- Liaising with experts, legal counsel, insurers, and reinsurers
- Contributing to process optimization, automation, and AI training
- Building innovative claims approaches for multiple European markets

The company prefers in-office collaboration to build strong team bonds and accelerate innovation, but recognizes the need for flexibility. Hybrid work is available (two days per week remote for experienced professionals), with occasional office attendance expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience handling commercial claims
- Experience with AOV (disability) claims preferred
- WFT Basis certification required; WFT Schade (particulier/zakelijk) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Comfort making decisions independently
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic mindset
- Efficient and accurate work execution
