Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform that has raised $75M from top-tier VCs (Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel) and is trusted by enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, and Monzo. The company has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is recognized as Europe's 4th fastest-growing startup. This is the first dedicated Chief of Staff role in the Product organization, reporting directly to Rob Fagg, VP Product. You'll be Rob's closest partner in running the product org, embedded in his most important conversations and owning follow-through on strategic initiatives. This is a high-trust, hands-on role where you'll represent Rob's thinking in rooms he can't attend and provide direct feedback when you disagree. Your remit spans the operational and strategic infrastructure a fast-growing product org needs to scale: tool stack optimization, launch rhythm and release coordination, top-level metrics and reporting, early access programs, internal communications, and team cadence. You'll treat the product org as your user—define problems, build solutions, measure impact, and iterate or kill what doesn't work. Key responsibilities include: (1) AI enablement—identifying where PMs, designers, and engineers waste time, then building Claude skills, agents, and automations to reclaim it (synthesizing customer signal, drafting specs, generating release notes, assembling dashboards); (2) Product tool stack ownership—configuring and connecting Claude, Figma, Linear, Notion, Pylon, Mixpanel, Datadog, and emerging tools; eliminating redundancy and ensuring data flows between systems; (3) Launch and release coordination—owning the product launch calendar, readiness criteria, and ensuring shipped features are documented, working, and ready for customer use on day one; (4) Early access programs—structuring alpha, beta, and design partner programs with clear commitments, feedback routing, and readiness criteria. You're a structured operator with low ego and a builder's instinct—someone who automates problems rather than documenting them. You're hands-on: wiring integrations, writing Claude skills, pulling data, shipping dashboards. You hold yourself accountable to whether the team is measurably faster. This role is deliberately broad and serves as a springboard into product leadership, PM management, or wherever the biggest gap emerges. Working this closely with a strong VP Product is a fast route into senior product roles.
