The Chief of Staff, Product role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and focuses on multiplying impact across the organization through a blend of operations and strategy. This is a high-ownership position requiring quick context-gathering, decisive judgment, and comfort moving between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving execution on action items and commitments from leadership and cross-functional meetings, tracking decisions, assigning clear owners, and following through to completion.
• Investigating open questions and diagnosing marketplace problems by pulling and analyzing data to identify root causes and surface findings related to operational, customer, or team issues.
• Reviewing and pressure-testing work products, including team documents and deliverables, particularly during annual and quarterly planning cycles with Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Preparing for key meetings by building status reports and briefing materials that synthesize activity across functions, such as monthly organizational risk reviews or All Hands meetings.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in an executive support role, strong business judgment, demonstrated analytical capability, and an excellent track record of building trust and driving progress across organizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4 years of related professional experience
- Located in San Francisco or open to relocation
- Able to work 3-4 days per week in-office at downtown SF location
- Proven experience in executive support roles
