Slingshot AI is hiring its first commercial Chief of Staff to build and lead the B2B go-to-market motion for Ash, an AI platform designed for mental health. Reporting to co-founder Neil Parikh, you'll serve as strategic partner and hands-on operator, responsible for transforming early-stage conversations into a managed pipeline across payers, employers, health systems, and government entities.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with founders on commercial strategy (channel prioritization, pricing, positioning); owning end-to-end pipeline and deal management from initial meeting through contract signature; mapping key accounts and stakeholder relationships; implementing GTM infrastructure including CRM and pipeline tracking; developing B2B marketing and sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI models); building top-of-funnel volume through target account research and meeting scheduling; tracking competitive landscape and buyer trends; and rapidly iterating strategy based on market feedback.
You'll operate as an extension of the founders in rooms they cannot attend, building systems that enable the commercial engine to scale. The role requires fluidity between strategic thinking and tactical execution—equally comfortable pressure-testing pricing models and sending researched outreach emails. You'll thrive in ambiguity, moving fast with imperfect information and learning from real buyer reactions rather than over-polishing in isolation.
