You will serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Engagement Management, driving high-priority initiatives across sales, partnerships, marketing, and hiring. This is a high-ownership role requiring the ability to move quickly from strategy to execution while helping shape the strategic direction of Mercor's rapidly expanding go-to-market efforts. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing strategic initiatives to grow Mercor's business across frontier labs, AI companies, and enterprises - Activating partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to create joint GTM and revenue opportunities - Building 0→1 initiatives across product marketing, events marketing, and customer marketing, establishing playbooks before scaling dedicated teams - Identifying organizational gaps and leading recruiting for high-priority roles across the Engagement Management organization - Owning the highest-leverage problems facing the organization, from strategy through execution Requirements: - 3–4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or Executive Operations role supporting a rapidly scaling business - Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capability - Strong commercial instincts and genuine interest in AI - Ability to operate effectively across sales, partnerships, marketing, and recruiting - High ownership mentality, low ego, and comfort operating in ambiguity - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
