Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual

VTS is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic operational partner to the SVP, General Manager. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving the operational success of the GM's organization and ensuring the business operates at peak velocity. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage the GM's leadership meetings, QBRs, and planning cycles to keep teams aligned and hitting KPIs - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, and Product leaders to unblock projects and hold senior stakeholders accountable for deliverables - Maintain plan integrity by keeping the team aligned to quarterly and annual plans, holding leaders accountable for commitments, and flagging risks early - Ensure decisions and commitments made in leadership meetings are clearly communicated, tracked to completion, and followed through on - Act as a surrogate for the GM in high-level meetings, surfacing critical risks and filtering noise to focus the organization on top priorities - Develop dashboards and reporting structures that provide real-time clarity on business health and cross-functional performance - Own high-impact, ambiguous initiatives that cross functions or lack a natural owner (e.g., market expansion research, internal restructuring, post-launch retrospectives) - Prepare briefing materials, research, and frameworks that enable the GM to make fast, informed decisions About VTS: VTS is an AI-driven technology platform enabling intelligent real estate by unifying industry professionals, investors, and customers at scale. The platform includes VTS Lease, VTS Market, VTS Activate, and VTS Data. VTS manages more than 60% of Class A office space in the U.S. and 13 billion square feet globally, serving over 45,000 professionals and 1.2 million daily users, including customers like Blackstone, Brookfield Properties, LaSalle Investment Management, Hines, BXP, Oxford Properties, JLL, and CBRE. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS operator roles (BizOps, Product Ops, RevOps, Chief of Staff, or Founder role) OR deep domain expertise in SaaS business models and operations from consulting, private equity, or growth equity backgrounds - Executive presence: confidence to challenge senior leaders and diplomacy to drive consensus across competing departments - Ability to bring clarity from chaos—proven ability to walk into ambiguous environments and build the structure, processes, and documentation needed to scale - Deep SaaS literacy: fluency in operational and financial levers of a SaaS P&L (churn, NRR, CAC, bookings attainment, unit economics) and the metrics that drive them - Trust and discretion: sound judgment about information flow and the discretion to handle sensitive information appropriately - Relentless execution: airtight organization paired with the willingness to push people and chase follow-through until the team is in motion - Strong judgment: ability to know when to handle situations independently and when to escalate to the GM Note: This role requires working from the New York office 4 days per week.
