Payoneer is a global financial platform founded in 2005 that simplifies cross-border business operations for over 2.5 million users across 190+ countries. The company provides payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence solutions.
As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of Payments and Workforce Management (WFM) partnerships—from prospecting through revenue generation. This is a hands-on builder role, not a maintenance position.
Phase 1 (Market Expansion): You will identify and target high-value WFM platforms and payment providers aligned with Payoneer's ecosystem. You'll execute full-cycle outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to land meetings and guide partners through contracting and administrative phases. You'll tailor Payoneer's value proposition to solve specific pain points for WFM and payments stakeholders.
Phase 2 (Partner Infrastructure): You'll lead onboarding by creating bespoke enablement materials including decks, client-facing collateral, and internal playbooks. You'll guide partners through operational requirements like KYC, device logistics, and platform integration. You'll equip regional account managers with tools and data to support partners at the country level.
Phase 3 (Ecosystem Activation): You'll own relationship health through monthly and quarterly business reviews, tracking performance against growth targets. You'll design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training to keep Payoneer top-of-mind for partners' sales teams.
You bring ~5 years in tech, with specific experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Account Management. You have a proven track record of outbound prospecting and lead generation without relying on marketing handoffs. Familiarity with Payments or WFM landscapes is highly valued. You can build compelling pitch decks and translate complex processes (KYC, onboarding) into clear partner guides.
