As Channel Partnerships Manager, you will drive business expansion by building and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners while servicing their referred clients. Reporting to the Channel Partnerships Lead, you'll be responsible for acquiring new accounts through partnerships and driving revenue growth. You'll serve as the advocate for both partners and customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent experiences and resolve roadblocks.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining channel partner relationships, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues to strengthen loyalty, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, and sharing insights to refine sales strategies. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, requiring strong self-direction and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience selling payments, cards, and FX to SMBs in partnership roles, preferably in fintech. Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, and influencer communities is essential. You should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders. Vietnamese language proficiency is required. Experience with B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech products is a plus.
