As Channel Partnerships Manager, you will drive business expansion by building and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners while managing the customer relationships they refer. You'll report to the Channel Partnerships Lead and own the end-to-end partner and customer experience within your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include: acquiring and retaining channel partners, building a pipeline of referred customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent partner and customer experience, resolving customer issues and roadblocks, staying informed on industry trends and competitive positioning, and sharing market insights to refine sales strategies.
You'll be the advocate for both partners and their referred customers, ensuring they can fully leverage Aspire's platform. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced execution, and a self-driven entrepreneurial mindset.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience selling payments, cards, and FX solutions to SMBs in partnership-focused roles, ideally within fintech. You should have familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, and influencer communities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in Vietnamese. Experience with B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech products is a plus.
