As Channel Partnerships Manager, you will drive business expansion by building and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners while managing the customer relationships they refer. You'll report to the Channel Partnerships Lead and own the end-to-end partner and customer experience within your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include: acquiring and onboarding new channel partners; maintaining strategic relationships to drive referred customer growth; collaborating cross-functionally to ensure excellent partner and customer experiences; resolving customer issues and roadblocks; staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs; and sharing market insights to refine sales strategies.

The role requires comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and a self-driven, entrepreneurial approach to hitting ambitious targets.
