Aspire is a Series C fintech company building a financial operating system for global founders, combining banking, software, and automation into a single platform. The company has served 50,000+ startups worldwide and is backed by Y Combinator, Peak XV, and Lightspeed. As Channel Partnerships Manager, you will own and scale Aspire's Incorporation Channel in the US market. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role focused on building strategic relationships with the ecosystem of formation platforms, legal tech providers, corporate law firms, and international expansion consultants that guide founders through US entity setup. Key responsibilities include: - Own the incorporation channel ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and managing a portfolio of strategic partners including online entity formation platforms, corporate law firms, legal tech providers, and international expansion accelerators. - Drive top-of-funnel acquisition by building structured referral, co-marketing, and co-sell programs that capture new businesses at the moment they set up US entities. - Develop partner programs and co-marketing initiatives, including joint go-to-market plans, founder-focused educational workshops, webinars, and guides on US corporate structuring and banking. - Enable and educate partner teams—from product managers at legal tech companies to lawyers at law firms—on Aspire's cross-border value proposition. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs for incoming founders and high account activation rates. - Track and optimize performance using CRM tools (HubSpot), monitoring partner-sourced leads, activation rates, and revenue contribution. - Serve as the voice of the incorporation ecosystem, feeding market insights on regulatory changes and customer pain points back to Product and Compliance teams. - Design and lead high-intent ecosystem events such as legal/fintech roundtables, cross-border founder dinners, and educational workshops. You should have 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth within fintech, banking, SaaS, or B2B technology. Direct exposure to the incorporation and entity formation landscape is essential—experience with legal tech, corporate law firms, accelerators, or tools serving international founders is highly valued. You must demonstrate a proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships, operating with high autonomy in fast-paced startup environments, and exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. An analytical, data-driven approach to tracking partner performance is required. Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area.
