Outtake is an AI-powered platform that detects, monitors, and removes impersonators and fraud at scale—automating protection in hours rather than weeks. Founded by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, the company is building the trust layer for the digital-first internet.
As the first Channel Partnership Lead, you will build and own Outtake's entire channel ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that bridges strategy, operations, and relationship-building across a critical revenue stream.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner Strategy & Selection: Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners that unlock access to Outtake's ideal customer profile, weighing strategic trade-offs as the program scales.
- Relationship Building: Develop deep, long-term partnerships with resellers, VARs, and advisors to expand Outtake's reach and credibility in the security market.
- Enablement & Training: Collaborate with marketing to create partner-facing training, battlecards, certification programs, and technical content that enables partners to sell Outtake credibly.
- Sales Enablement: Stay current with Outtake's roadmap and deliver relevant, impactful sales and technical trainings to partner teams.
- Co-sell Operations: Own deal registration, lead-sharing protocols, and joint account planning with direct account executives.
- Systems & Reporting: Establish CRM hygiene standards, track partner activity and deal flow, and report on channel KPIs to leadership.
You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to make the channel a repeatable, forecastable source of pipeline. This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, writing playbooks rather than following them, and traveling up to 50% of the time to build relationships and evangelize the product.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of channel or partnership experience at cybersecurity companies, a track record scaling channel programs, exceptional communication skills, and a strong systems mindset. Existing relationships within the security VAR/advisory ecosystem (Optiv, Guidepoint, etc.) are a plus.
