Avoca is an AI-powered conversational platform transforming how home service companies engage customers. The company handles high-value inbound calls—from job booking to lead qualification to revenue driving—at scale and consistency. Series B backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, and General Catalyst with $125M raised and a $1B valuation, Avoca has grown 10x in 2025 and now operates 130+ employees across NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara. As Channel Partner Manager, you will build and own one of Avoca's core revenue engines: partnerships with HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors upstream of home service contractors. You'll manage a portfolio of relationships end-to-end—from discovery through partnership structuring to repeatable pipeline and revenue generation. Your partners will include major brands like Trane, Daikin, and Carrier, plus their distribution networks. Key responsibilities include: owning a revenue goal and partner portfolio; identifying and structuring partnerships that create real distribution (co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, go-to-market); converting partner relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR; representing Avoca at industry events with travel as needed; and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to close partner-sourced deals. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and operate in a small, fast-moving team where you help build the playbook while executing it. This role requires direct experience in home services channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors, existing relationships you can activate immediately, and a track record of building (not just managing) commercial relationships. You should have 4+ years professional experience, ideally 6–10 years, with strong commercial instinct, clear communication across field operators and executives, and high agency to move at startup velocity. The ideal candidate knows the home services landscape deeply, is equally comfortable in the field and boardroom, thinks systemically about fragmented markets, and wants to own a book of partnerships while shaping the function's evolution.
