Avoca is a Series B AI startup ($1B valuation, $125M raised) transforming home services through AI-powered conversational agents that handle inbound calls, lead qualification, and job booking. The company has grown 10x in 2025 and operates from NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara.
As Channel Partner Manager, you'll build and own Avoca's partnership revenue engine by developing relationships with HVAC manufacturers (Trane, Daikin, Carrier), OEMs, and distributors that reach thousands of home services contractors. You'll manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships end-to-end: identifying opportunities, structuring deals, designing co-marketing and referral programs, and converting partner-sourced introductions into measurable pipeline and ARR.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a revenue goal and partner portfolio from initial outreach through signed partnership and revenue realization
- Building distribution through co-op programs, co-marketing initiatives, preferred-vendor positioning, and joint go-to-market activities
- Representing Avoca at industry events and with partners in the field (travel required, especially during conference season)
- Collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed deals
- Developing and executing the partnership playbook as the function scales
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work in a small, fast-moving team where every hire has immediate, visible impact. The role requires 4+ years of professional experience (6-10 years ideal) with direct experience building channel partnerships in home services. You should bring existing relationships with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, understand co-op mechanics, and have a track record of closing (not just managing) commercial relationships. Strong commercial instinct, field presence, and startup-pace execution are essential.
