Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes.
You will be a founding Channel Partner Manager for Ramp's Accounting Channel in the UK, building the partner motion from the ground up. This is an early-stage role in London where you'll shape how Ramp partners with accounting and advisory firms across the region, establishing relationships, go-to-market strategy, and repeatable revenue-generating motions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source, qualify, and conduct discovery with accounting and advisory partners across the UK
- Sign partners and build comprehensive go-to-market plans for scalable referral motions
- Drive revenue through client referrals from accounting firms
- Build multi-level relationships within partner organizations, from leadership to client-facing teams
- Educate partners on Ramp's offering and value proposition
- Enable and onboard partner teams for confident positioning and referrals
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews; identify growth opportunities from performance data
- Adapt strategy to UK accounting landscape nuances (cultural, commercial, regulatory)
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, sales, product, and engineering on co-marketing and product roadmap input
- Develop expertise in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
- Build and improve workflows, sales motions, and partner programs
- Own partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets with disciplined CRM hygiene
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership without a playbook. You'll work five days per week from the London office with willingness to travel across the UK.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships
- AI fluency as a daily habit; instinctively use AI before manual work
- Strong discovery skills and consultative approach to uncovering partner pain points
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate with high autonomy in fast-paced environment
- Strong bias for action with dedication to tracking performance and improving efficiency daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong listening and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior and day-to-day stakeholders internally and externally
Nice to haves: experience partnering with accounting firms, knowledge of UK accounting ecosystem, accounting background, experience launching new territory/vertical/partner program, direct sales closing experience, fluency in additional European languages, Salesforce CRM experience, fintech or financial-services sales background.
