Abacus Insights is a healthcare data platform backed by $100M in funding, transforming how health plans leverage data for better care and cost decisions. The company helps health plans break down data silos and create a unified, trusted data foundation that powers improved outcomes, reduced waste, and better member/provider experiences. As Channel Account Manager, you'll own the strategic partnership ecosystem that extends Abacus's reach and impact. You'll manage relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, ISVs, and major cloud/platform partners (Databricks, Microsoft Azure, AWS). Your core mission is to align incentives, run co-sell motions, and convert partnerships into a reliable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Managing strategic relationships with consulting partners, systems integrators, ISVs, and cloud platform partners - Designing and executing partner enablement programs (co-sell frameworks, training, referral structures) that feed qualified leads into the sales process - Identifying, qualifying, and converting partnership opportunities into tangible sales leads and revenue engagements - Working closely with Abacus sales, marketing, and solutions teams to support active opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs - Tracking partner engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence; reporting ROI to guide investment decisions - Representing Abacus at partner events, conferences, and executive briefings to deepen relationships and raise company profile - Ensuring partner commitments are reflected in product positioning, solution packaging, and customer success motions You'll bring 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales enablement, or management consulting, with a proven track record of measurable revenue impact. Healthcare consulting, payer technology, or health data ecosystem experience is essential. You're a strategic thinker who can translate ecosystem dynamics into partner strategy aligned with company growth goals, while also operating tactically—writing enablement materials, running QBRs, and coaching reps on deals. You understand how large enterprises buy, how data flows through their ecosystem, and who the key decision-makers are. Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, excellent communication, and a self-starter mentality are critical. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Preferred but not required: SaaS, health tech, payer, or data platform experience; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake); knowledge of value-based care, payer data infrastructure, or interoperability standards (FHIR, CMS mandates).
