Rohlik is a European e-grocery platform that manages its own logistics and technology end-to-end, delivering fresh food from regional producers directly to customers. The company is scaling across Europe and requires streamlined, standardized operations in its fulfillment centers to maintain quality and efficiency. The Change Management team is central to operational execution, bridging strategy and practice by rolling out new tools, systems, and standardized processes across fulfillment centers. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Change Management and own the full project and change pipeline for the Berlin fulfillment center. You will lead a team and be responsible for successfully implementing new initiatives, securing acceptance for new processes, and establishing lasting standards. You will work closely with local and central stakeholders, coordinate resources, and drive sustainable results. This is not a step back from day-to-day operations—it is the lever to systematically elevate the entire logistics operation to the next level. Key responsibilities include: - Owning change management and continuous improvement processes at the Berlin site, serving as the central point of contact for all optimization projects - Managing project execution locally, tracking progress and KPIs, and reporting directly to management - Managing stakeholders by dynamically aligning priorities, project scope, and resources across all relevant interfaces - Driving process improvements, advancing innovation roadmaps, and embedding best practices - Providing operational support during peak periods through rapid problem-solving and precise KPI reporting - Owning and prioritizing the entire project and program portfolio for the Berlin site The company offers unlimited vacation, a €44 monthly tax-free allowance, €20 monthly home-office internet subsidy, Knuspr loyalty benefits with 10% cashback, corporate discounts on fitness/travel/events/shopping, regular best-practice exchanges with DACH-region teams, and direct access to leadership for idea contribution. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years of operational leadership experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain with people management responsibility (e.g., 80+ FTEs) and full shift and KPI accountability - Experience in a dynamic high-volume environment (e.g., Lidl, Kaufland, Amazon, HelloFresh, Zalando) is a clear plus - Excellence mindset: ability to address root causes, sustainably improve processes, and demonstrate passion for operational excellence - Persuasiveness: ability to convince teams and stakeholders of new approaches without direct disciplinary authority and drive change successfully - Demonstrated success in project and stakeholder management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confident handling of complex KPIs - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for coaching others - Flexibility: willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during intensive peak phases - Completed degree (e.g., MBA) and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management are advantageous
