Rohlik is a European e-grocery platform that manages its own logistics and technology end-to-end, delivering fresh food from regional producers directly to customers. The company is scaling across Europe and requires seamless, standardized operations in its fulfillment centers to maintain quality and efficiency. The Change Management team is the operational backbone, bridging strategy and execution by rolling out new tools, systems, and standardized processes across fulfillment centers. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Change Management and own the full project and change pipeline for the Berlin fulfillment center. You will lead the successful implementation of new initiatives, secure buy-in for process changes, and establish lasting operational standards. You will work closely with local and central stakeholders, coordinate resources, and drive sustainable results. This is not a step back from day-to-day operations—it is the lever to systematically elevate the entire logistics operation to the next level. Key responsibilities include: - Owning change management and continuous improvement processes at the Berlin site, serving as the central point of contact for all optimization projects - Steering local project execution, tracking progress and KPIs, and reporting directly to management - Managing stakeholder alignment on priorities, project scope, and resource allocation - Driving process improvements, advancing innovation roadmaps, and embedding best practices - Providing direct operational support during peak periods through rapid problem-solving and precise KPI reporting - Owning and prioritizing the entire project and program portfolio for the Berlin site The role offers unlimited vacation, €44 monthly tax-free benefits, €20 monthly home-office allowance, 10% cashback on Knuspr purchases, corporate discounts on fitness/travel/shopping, and regular best-practice exchanges with DACH-region teams. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of operational leadership experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain with direct people management responsibility (e.g., 80+ FTEs) and full shift and KPI accountability - Experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment (e.g., Lidl, Kaufland, Amazon, HelloFresh, Zalando) is a strong plus - Demonstrated excellence mindset with passion for operational improvement and root-cause problem-solving - Ability to convince teams and stakeholders of new approaches without direct disciplinary authority - Proven success in project and stakeholder management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence handling complex KPIs - Excellent communication, soft skills, empathy, and coaching ability - Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and intensive peak periods - Completed degree (e.g., MBA) and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management are advantageous
