Carbon Health, a physician-founded healthcare organization, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations of their West Roxbury facility. In this role, you will manage all operational policies and procedures, center financials, patient experience, and community outreach with an owner's mindset to ensure profitability and quality care delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage center operations, financial performance, and profitability metrics
- Oversee patient experience and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with medical directors, other center managers, and external partners
- Drive organizational outcomes by removing obstacles to performance
- Negotiate and resolve differences skillfully in complex situations
- Establish clear accountability, responsibilities, and processes for measuring results
- Coach and mentor team members through ambiguous situations
- Provide real-time coaching and develop key talent for current and future roles

Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience and/or combination of healthcare experience and relevant education
- Active listening skills and ability to build trusting relationships across organizational levels
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Intrinsic motivation, challenge-driven mindset, and genuine care for employees and patients
