As a Carrier Connections Associate, you will manage and resolve post-production discrepancies reported by clients and insurance carriers. Your core responsibilities include troubleshooting data transmission issues, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners to enable timely and accurate processing of electronic transactions.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, insurance carriers, and internal support and engineering teams. Key duties include resolving discrepancies and errors reported by customers and carriers, communicating issue status and resolution progress to stakeholders, and identifying process improvements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure that data within Rippling matches carrier partner records and that integration activities complete on schedule.
