As Care Team Manager for Los Angeles, you will lead daily clinical operations and build a high-performing team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, LICSWs, Health Partners, and administrative staff. You'll manage scheduling, enforce clinical standard operating procedures, and ensure smooth care delivery across virtual, in-person, and at-home settings.
Key responsibilities include:
**Clinical Operations Leadership**: Direct day-to-day operations including staffing and scheduling; build and sustain team culture focused on patient outcomes; hire, onboard, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff; partner with Market Operations Leader and Medical Director on strategy and market growth.
**Data-Driven Execution**: Monitor performance using operational and clinical data; set clear metrics across quality, patient experience, productivity, and efficiency; foster continuous improvement culture using data to identify trends, solve problems, and measure results.
**Care Delivery Oversight**: Ensure high-quality, efficient care across all delivery settings; implement strategies to improve access and quality while optimizing team time; handle escalated patient issues and drive service recovery.
**Partnerships & Market Development**: Serve as trusted partner to Los Angeles providers and stakeholders; support Daymark's visibility and growth through partner-facing initiatives.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with Enrollment, Clinical Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Growth teams to align Care Team efforts with organizational goals.
You'll need 5+ years in healthcare operations, care management, or clinical leadership with people management experience. Strong background in patient care delivery and clinical operations required; virtual care and at-home healthcare experience preferred. Clinical licensure (RN, NP, LICSW) is a plus. You should demonstrate expertise in hiring and developing staff, operational acumen (scheduling, staffing, budget), data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, and comfort with startup environments and ambiguity.
