voize is an AI-powered healthcare platform that helps nursing facilities reclaim time spent on administrative work. The company has raised $50M in Series A funding (led by Balderton Capital, with HV Capital and Y Combinator) and serves over 2,000 healthcare institutions with more than 200,000 active users.
As a Care Expert, you will serve as a bridge between voize's product and healthcare customers using Vivendi or MediFox DAN EHR systems. Your role is to ensure smooth implementations by advising customers on proper system configuration so nursing teams can maximize time savings.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct configuration reviews before training and go-live, working with quality management and application support teams to verify Vivendi PD/NG or MediFox DAN setup aligns with voize requirements (department assignments, care planning, reporting categories, etc.)
- Provide consulting-level guidance on system configuration solutions when misalignments are identified
- Translate nursing requirements (SIS, care planning, vital signs, medication management) into system configuration and vice versa
- Diagnose issues to determine root cause: facility configuration, customer process, or product limitation, and escalate findings to Customer Success, Support, and Product teams
- Support customer implementations remotely and on-site as needed, coordinating with assigned Customer Success Managers
- Develop scalable knowledge assets including playbooks, checklists, help center articles, and internal training materials for both EHR systems
You will work in a fast-growing startup environment, helping shape a newly forming function within Customer Success. The role offers flexible working hours, hybrid setup with Berlin office option, 30 days vacation plus birthday off, Germany rail pass, Urban Sports Club membership, learning platform access (Blinkist, Audible), stock options, and regular company offsites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Vivendi PD/NG or MediFox DAN in a stationary care setting, working as an application support specialist, key user, quality management lead, or system administrator in a facility or care organization. Deep knowledge of system functions and configuration options required.
- Experience with both systems is a strong plus; willingness to quickly learn the second system if you know only one.
- Nursing background or substantial experience with care documentation in stationary elderly care, including knowledge of Strukturmodell and SIS, care planning, and MD audit requirements.
- Systems-oriented mindset: think in terms of settings, dependencies, and root causes; persistence in understanding why things work as they do.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to quality managers, nursing staff, and IT departments.
- Consulting and structured work style; ability to give clear recommendations and stand behind them.
- Fluent German; English for internal collaboration is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer meetings.
