Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. The company recently closed a $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding its manufacturing footprint and Factory-as-a-Service platform. In this role, you will own the execution phase of Hadrian's capital equipment sourcing process. From the moment a machine or piece of equipment is purchased, you will be responsible for getting it delivered and installed on time. Your core responsibilities include owning the equipment delivery schedule across all active capital equipment purchases from order to installation, managing third-party logistics providers for equipment freight, shipping, and receiving, communicating schedule status, risks, and changes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to define and lock schedule requirements, and working with suppliers to ensure they meet Hadrian's equipment delivery and installation requirements. Capital equipment is the pacing item for standing up new factory capacity, so your work directly determines how fast Hadrian can bring new capabilities online. You will operate with significant autonomy, coordinating suppliers and logistics without day-to-day oversight, while maintaining clear communication with leadership and cross-functional partners. This is a high-impact role in a fast-scaling manufacturing environment where execution directly affects the company's ability to scale production capabilities. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven project management experience owning schedules end to end, ideally for physical goods or equipment - Excellent communication skills; ability to keep stakeholders and leadership informed and aligned - Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in tracking dates, dependencies, and commitments - Structured problem solver who stays calm and drives resolution when plans slip - Ability to operate autonomously and coordinate suppliers and logistics without day-to-day oversight PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with capital equipment or machine tools in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing - Familiarity with ERP/MES and procurement/PO systems - Hands-on experience with international freight, customs, and equipment install/rigging coordination - Track record thriving in a fast-scaling, high-growth manufacturing environment ITAR REQUIREMENT: Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
