The company has raised $1.37B in Series D funding at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding its manufacturing footprint with new capabilities in welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more.
As Capex Supply Manager, you will own the execution phase of Hadrian's capital equipment sourcing process. - Manage third-party logistics providers for equipment freight, shipping, and receiving
- Communicate schedule status, risks, and changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, align on, and lock schedule requirements
- Work with suppliers to ensure they meet Hadrian's equipment delivery and installation requirements
You will operate autonomously and coordinate suppliers and logistics without day-to-day oversight, keeping leadership and cross-functional partners aligned throughout the process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven project management experience owning schedules end to end, ideally for physical goods or equipment
- Excellent communicator who keeps stakeholders and leadership informed and aligned
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in tracking dates, dependencies, and commitments
- Structured problem solver who stays calm and drives resolution when plans slip
- Ability to operate autonomously and coordinate suppliers and logistics without day-to-day oversight
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with capital equipment or machine tools in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
- Familiarity with ERP/MES and procurement/PO systems
- Hands-on experience with international freight, customs, and equipment install/rigging coordination
- Track record thriving in a fast-scaling, high-growth manufacturing environment
