Halter is a venture-backed agtech company transforming grazing management through innovative technology. The company enables farmers and graziers to run more productive and sustainable operations using precision grazing systems that eliminate traditional constraints like quad bikes, fences, and manual herding.
The Campaigns Manager role is responsible for planning, launching, and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on both new customer acquisition and existing-customer growth and retention. You will own campaign strategy, targeting, sequencing, channel selection, and performance analysis. Success is measured by whether campaigns move their intended commercial metrics—whether acquiring new farmers or reducing churn among existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing campaigns from brief through results review, defining goals, audiences, channel sequencing, and timelines
- Tracking campaign performance using data (response rates, pipeline sourced/influenced, expansion/retention impact) and adjusting mid-campaign based on results
- Collaborating with the Content Specialist to brief campaign messaging and storytelling
- Working with internal media/design teams and freelancers on visual execution
- Partnering with the global Performance Marketing team to ensure paid and organic activity aligns with regional ground truth, feeding regional data back to inform centralized spend decisions
- Balancing acquisition and retention campaigns, making prioritization decisions based on data-driven opportunity assessment
- Building simple, clear views of campaign performance and using data to inform future strategy
You will not own the paid budget or set platform strategy centrally, but you will be the regional voice ensuring global decisions reflect local market reality and seasonal dynamics.
The role offers genuine career growth into senior marketing positions as you build range across acquisition, retention, multiple formats, and commercial contexts.
Requirements:
- Genuinely data-driven: default to numbers over intuition; build and use simple performance views to drive decisions, not just report backward
- Full-funnel mindset: care equally about new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion/retention
- Cross-functional operator: comfortable bringing data and evidence-based perspective to conversations with global teams, influencing without owning budget
- Organized and self-directed: manage multiple concurrent campaigns at different stages without slippage; know when to escalate versus solve independently
- Growth-oriented: building a career with genuine interest in learning across acquisition, retention, content, and commercial contexts
