Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing Team. This role is based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary with a hybrid work arrangement (minimum twice per week in office).
You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth for enterprise audiences. You own the entire campaign lifecycle—from brief through post-campaign analysis—ensuring campaigns land as a coherent story across all channels.
Key responsibilities include:
**Campaign Planning:** Write comprehensive campaign briefs defining audience, insights, objectives, messaging, channel mix, and success metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates). Secure cross-functional alignment from demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales before execution begins.
**Orchestration & Delivery:** Run demand generation campaigns end-to-end across paid media, email, web, content, events, webinars, partner channels, and sales outreach. Manage the campaign calendar, track dependencies, and ensure all channels launch on time with consistent messaging. Oversee campaign execution and tracking in Asana, including intake, briefs, ticket creation, and status reporting.
**AI & Automation:** Build and maintain AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude) to automate repeatable campaign tasks—brief drafting, copy variants, ticket generation, QA checks, and retrospective synthesis. Share learnings and iterate to meet business needs.
**Cross-Functional Coordination:** Brief and coordinate Content, Design, Product Marketing, PR, Sales, and Marketing Operations. Translate campaign objectives into actionable briefs for each function. Maintain message consistency and push back on creative or copy that isn't working. Run recurring campaign meetings including weekly stand-ups, kickoffs, pre-launch readiness checks, and post-campaign retrospectives.
**Sales Alignment:** Ensure sales understands what campaigns are running, why, and how to respond. Deliver talk tracks, follow-up guidance, and target lists alongside campaigns. Enable sales to articulate the quarter's in-market initiatives.
**Performance & Continuous Improvement:** Report campaign performance against established metrics. Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to close the loop between launch and results. Track campaigns through to closed revenue where attribution allows. Run honest retrospectives on major campaigns and visibly incorporate lessons into future work.
**Budget & Vendor Management:** Track campaign budget across the portfolio. Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist on purchase orders, vendor agreements, and invoice reconciliation.
**Requirements:**
- 3–5 years in integrated or campaign marketing in B2B, ideally with enterprise or considered-purchase audiences
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns from brief through post-campaign analysis
- Strong project management discipline and ability to hold timelines across teams that don't report to you
- Sharp editorial judgment; ability to assess message effectiveness and ensure consistency across creative and copy
- Comfort with campaign analytics, funnel reporting, and drawing honest conclusions from mixed results
- Calm, clear communication skills; ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without escalating
- Experience managing both ABM and broad-reach demand generation campaigns (1:1, 1:few, and one-to-many)
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing work
**Bonus qualifications:**
- B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience
- Experience running campaigns for enterprise or long-sales-cycle audiences
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and campaign reporting tools
- Experience building campaign planning infrastructure (briefing templates, calendars, retrospective processes) from the ground up
