The company recently merged Outbrain and Teads to create a unified platform spanning CTV, mobile, and web advertising. As Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution, delivery, and optimization of managed service campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: • Setting up, QA-ing, launching, monitoring, and optimizing managed service campaigns to meet or exceed agreed KPIs • Ensuring campaigns align with media plans, insertion orders, client objectives, and platform best practices • Monitoring delivery and pacing daily, proactively flagging risks or performance issues • Optimizing campaigns against KPIs including CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, and CPA • Implementing campaign updates such as budget changes, creative swaps, targeting updates, and flight extensions • Acting as the operational point of contact for Account Management on assigned accounts • Troubleshooting delivery, tracking, and creative issues in collaboration with Product, Studio, and external partners • Supporting reporting validation and discrepancy checks with third-party measurement partners You will work in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment where you manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The role is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days per week in the London office. REQUIREMENTS: • 2–4 years' experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations • Hands-on experience managing managed-service digital campaigns end to end • Experience working with DSPs, ad servers, and third-party measurement tools • Exposure to video and display formats across branding and performance objectives • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline • Solid understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency) • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously • Clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders • Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Studio, and Tech teams
