The company uses predictive AI to connect quality media, creative, and context-driven addressability across screens including CTV, mobile, and web. As Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution, delivery, and optimization of managed service campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up campaigns accurately, ensuring on-time launches, and optimizing performance against agreed KPIs while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. Key responsibilities: - Manage complete campaign lifecycle: setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimization - Ensure campaigns align with media plans, insertion orders, client objectives, and platform best practices - Monitor daily delivery and pacing, proactively identifying and flagging risks or performance issues - Optimize campaigns against KPIs including CTR, VTR, viewability, reach, frequency, and CPA - Implement campaign updates such as budget changes, creative swaps, targeting adjustments, and flight extensions - Serve as operational point of contact for Account Management on assigned accounts - Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and creative issues in collaboration with Product, Studio, and external partners - Support reporting validation and discrepancy checks with third-party measurement partners You bring 2–4 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations, with hands-on expertise managing managed-service digital campaigns end-to-end. You have working knowledge of DSPs, ad servers, and third-party measurement tools, plus exposure to video and display formats across branding and performance objectives. You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong attention to detail, solid understanding of digital advertising KPIs, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. You communicate proactively with internal stakeholders, approach problems with ownership and a solution-oriented mindset, and work effectively cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Studio, and Tech teams.
