Anduril Industries is seeking a Camera Test Engineer to ensure rigorous testing of advanced defense technology systems. You will own test activities across the manufacturing value stream, from system-level checkouts to component-level in-process validation. Your responsibilities include maintaining test capabilities, developing test automation software, troubleshooting complex infrared systems, and generating clear work instructions for technician teams. You'll analyze test data to identify defects, perform root cause analysis on failures, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. The role requires developing failure mode libraries, optimizing test strategies for efficiency, maintaining and calibrating test equipment, and supporting new product introduction (NPI) efforts. You'll also contribute feedback to early-stage test design and provide detailed reports and recommendations for product enhancements based on test outcomes. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
