Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a C++ Developer to join the team responsible for developing NAS backup functionality for Veeam Backup & Replication. This role focuses on building robust data protection solutions used by over 550,000 customers worldwide.
You will develop and implement efficient data processing algorithms in multithreaded environments, design data storage formats, and integrate with cloud services. Your work will include implementing network protocols and APIs between system components, as well as optimizing and finalizing current VBR product functionalities.
The technical stack includes C++ 17, C#, Windows/Linux, STL, Boost, and multithreading. You'll work with system APIs (WinAPI or POSIX), network programming, and data structure algorithms.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of commercial development experience, strong C++ and STL knowledge, experience developing multithreaded applications, understanding of algorithms and data storage structures, and English proficiency for international team communication.
Bonus skills include system API knowledge, Linux platform experience, network programming expertise, familiarity with AI-powered development tools, and C# knowledge.
