Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a C++ Developer to join the team responsible for developing NAS backup functionality for Veeam Backup & Replication. This role focuses on building robust, efficient data processing systems that protect over 550,000 customers worldwide.
You will develop and implement efficient data processing algorithms in multithreaded environments, design data storage formats, and integrate with cloud services. Your work will include implementing network protocols and APIs between system components, as well as optimizing and finalizing current VBR product functionalities.
The tech stack centers on C++ 17, C#, Windows/Linux, STL, Boost, and multithreading. You'll work with system-level APIs (WinAPI/POSIX) and contribute to a product used by major global brands.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of commercial development experience, strong C++ and STL knowledge, multithreaded application development experience, understanding of algorithms and data structures, and English proficiency for international team communication.
Bonus skills include WinAPI/POSIX experience, Linux platform development, network programming, AI-powered development tools, and C# knowledge.
