Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Buyer to join the Mission Systems Procurement team. This role supports procurement activities for key defense programs, manages supplier relationships, and ensures on-time delivery of critical materials and services.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders to meet production and program needs, maintaining supplier relationships while monitoring performance on quality, delivery, and pricing metrics, and quickly resolving supply chain disruptions and delivery delays. You will track and expedite orders to meet production schedules, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company objectives, and maintain accurate records while tracking procurement KPIs to identify process improvements.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field, 3+ years of supply chain experience including technical procurement, ability to read technical drawings and blueprints, and willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA for on-site work.
Preferred qualifications include strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in Excel, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
