The company is building breakthrough technology to democratize access to personalized medicine, with a focus on Alzheimer's screening and stratification while maintaining verticals in digestive cancer, stroke, and infectious diseases. In this Business/Operations Associate role, you will work directly with senior leadership and the CEO team to support strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes. You'll be at the intersection of strategy, operations, and AI automation—a unique opportunity in a fast-paced, innovative deep-tech healthtech environment. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting comprehensive market, competitive, and internal performance analyses to inform strategic decision-making, including financial modeling and scenario projections - Assisting in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic projects aligned with company objectives - Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management with data-driven solutions - Building and owning internal automation and AI agent workflows (Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot, LLM-based tooling) to eliminate manual work across finance, business development, and reporting - Supporting fundraising preparation by drafting presentations, preparing data rooms, maintaining financial models, responding to investor due diligence, and preparing board materials The ideal candidate is an "AI-native builder" with a track record of quickly implementing new processes and tools using AI software applications. You should be comfortable switching fluidly between board-level strategy and hands-on execution, with an overachiever mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements: - Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or related role (startup experience is advantageous) - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with business intelligence software - Ease working with AI and automation tools; beginner-level Python programming skills preferred but not mandatory - Track record of quickly building and implementing new processes using AI software apps; vibe coding experience is a strong plus - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with adaptability and flexibility - Fluency in English required; Portuguese fluency preferred but not mandatory
