Greenlight is a family technology company with 6.5+ million users, offering a suite of products including a debit card app, Safe Family GPS trackers, and Family Hub to help families manage finances and stay connected. The company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support and strengthen its Business Systems program at the India Development Center.
In this role, you will administer and support a diverse technology stack spanning critical business functions including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, Travel, Sales, and Marketing. You will work with systems such as NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, and Snowflake.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting implementation, automation, and operational initiatives across business systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
- Administering and maintaining business applications that support company growth
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for business systems users
- Documenting configurations, processes, and best practices
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Security GRC & Trust, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple business functions at a growing consumer fintech company. The role is ideal for someone with mid-level experience in business systems administration, ERP/billing platform support, or similar operational technology roles.
