Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own and evolve one of the core motions in the company's go-to-market engine, which runs on Salesforce. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and hands-on system building—partnering with GTM leadership to shape business processes, translating those into rigorous data and process design, and building meaningful parts of the solution yourself in Salesforce. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining a core funnel domain (such as lead-to-pipeline, opportunity acceleration, post-sales renewals, or partner channels), owning everything from lifecycle stage design and forecasting methodology to the fields, automation, and guardrails that keep data trustworthy. You'll sit in pipeline reviews and forecast calls with GTM leaders, push back when there's a better answer, and help them understand their business through system design. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the design of your core funnel domain in Salesforce: lifecycle stages, process, exit and handoff criteria, key fields, and automation that keeps data trustworthy - Partnering with GTM leadership on how their motion runs and how they want to see it, making tradeoff calls on data entry versus insight - Partnering with RevOps to systematize GTM team structures, assignments, and credit: ownership, routing, coverage, splits, and territory structures - Operationalizing methodology in system, turning frameworks and process discipline into fields, validation, scoring, and in-context guidance - Acting as data-model steward for your domain and neighboring objects: approving new fields, automation, and integrations, and maintaining documentation of why each exists - Building and shipping declarative Salesforce solutions yourself where appropriate, and writing clean specs for developer handoffs - Owning the seams between customer lifecycle stages (lead handoff, opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewal, partner attribution) to ensure coherent end-to-end experience - Evaluating and configuring tooling that accelerates the motion: routing, activity capture, sequencing, deal inspection, account planning - Running discovery, UAT, enablement, and adoption measurement for everything you ship You will work closely with RevOps, Salesforce developers, BDR/sales leadership, customer success, and marketing depending on your domain placement. The role offers flexibility across four core areas: Opportunity Acceleration (deal tracking, forecasting, ownership), Lead-to-Pipeline (lead lifecycle, routing, BDR tools), Post-Sales (renewals, expansion, account management), or Partnerships (partner registration, attribution, co-sell processes). REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualifications: - Experience in GTM/Revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Sales Systems Lead, or RevOps Systems role, with real ownership of work in a core funnel domain (lead management, opportunity/pipeline, renewals/account management, or partner channel) - Experience designing and rolling out a lifecycle, process model, or forecasting motion at a fast-growing company, owning it from discovery through enablement and adoption - Credibility with GTM stakeholders: you've been in pipeline reviews, forecast calls, or planning sessions, and can push back when there's a better answer - Hands-on Salesforce skills, with comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution (Flow, validation, assignment and routing, page and Path design) and writing specs that make developer handoffs clean - Crisp communication across GTM teams, leadership, RevOps, and engineers, adjusting altitude for each Preferred qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue systems roles - Salesforce Administrator certification - Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification - Experience partnering with RevOps or Sales Strategy on team-structure questions (ownership, routing, splits, territory) and turning those decisions into working system design - Experience across more than one part of the customer lifecycle (lead, opportunity, renewal, or partner) - Curiosity about AI-assisted systems work and eagerness to fold it into design, build, and documentation; prior hands-on use is a strong plus Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a field relevant to the role.
