Motive empowers physical operations teams with a unified platform for fleet management, safety, operations, and finance. The company serves nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, and other industries.
You will join Sales Strategy & Operations as a Business Strategy & Operations Manager focused on the Networks business—franchise systems, associations, buying groups, and affiliated fleet networks. This is a build role: the playbooks, metrics, and operating cadence for selling to and growing networks are still being written, and you will help write them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary sales operations business partner to Networks Sales Leadership and Global Account Manager teams
- Build the operating model for a scaling motion: define key metrics, establish reporting infrastructure, and create weekly/monthly cadences that keep the business inspectable
- Own forecasting and pipeline management for a complex motion where parent network relationships and downstream member adoption must be tracked separately
- Partner with Central Operations on rules of engagement, account hierarchy, and segmentation for network and franchise accounts
- Quantify network penetration and member conversion to identify investment opportunities and lead improvement initiatives
- Own key reporting and analytics (Salesforce, Google Sheets, Hex on Snowflake) and develop analytical tools to enable strategic selling
- Build leverage through AI and automation tooling (Glean agents, Google Apps Script, n8n) to automate manual steps in an immature motion
- Partner cross-functionally to scope and execute strategic projects that reduce workflow friction
- Become a trusted advisor to sales leadership, offering an operational lens on scaling business problems
This role requires someone who thinks strategically, adapts quickly, and gets things done. You will work closely with Networks Sales Leadership, Global Account Managers, Enterprise Sales Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and will direct analytical support from the Strategy & Operations team in Pakistan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of Field Sales/Revenue Operations experience at a high-growth SaaS company
- Experience standing up operating processes and reporting from scratch—you are a builder, not just an operator of existing systems
- Exposure to channel, partner, franchise, association, or other indirect/multi-tiered sales motions (strong plus)
- Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills to structure analyses and drive decision-making
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards; knowledge of SFDC integrations and best practices
- Comfort with complex account hierarchies, parent/child relationships, and segmentation/crediting questions
- Experience partnering with Sales Leadership on forecasting, territory alignment, ROE, QBRs, and related projects
- Experience scoping and reviewing analytical work from offshore or distributed teams
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality; ability to own projects with minimal guidance
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a hyper-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excel and Google Sheets expertise (must-have); SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with notebook-based analytics tools (Hex) querying cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) strongly preferred
- Genuine AI proficiency and curiosity; you already use LLMs daily and have built something real with agent, scripting, or workflow automation tooling (Glean, Google Apps Script, n8n, or equivalent)
